It lets you manage your Google Business Profile from one dashboard: it drafts AI replies to your reviews, builds a weekly post plan, updates your details across all your branches in one go and measures your Google Maps ranking from 49 points around you.

It writes a natural-sounding draft in your business's voice for every review; the tone changes with the star rating and what the review says. You set the rules and the phrases to avoid. Drafts come to you for approval, and you can turn on automatic replies for positive reviews if you like.

Your 3-day free trial starts the moment you sign up; no card details are required. During the trial, your profile's first analysis is done in full and about a quarter of the improvements it finds are applied to your Google profile; your first post and a real photo are published, and your first reviews are answered (the numbers are on the Pricing page). Further posts and replies are prepared and kept waiting: if you buy a plan within 30 days, the remaining improvements are applied, and the waiting posts and replies are published or sent to you for approval, depending on your automation settings. Rank tracking and the other limits are the same as on the Free plan. Each account gets the trial only once: buying, upgrading or changing a plan does not start a new trial — payment is taken that day and the plan starts right away. When the trial ends, your dashboard and data stay in place; AI replies, posts and automations resume once you buy a plan.

With a one-time payment, your plan is valid for the period you choose (1, 2, 3 or 6 months, or 1 year); it does not renew on its own, your card is not charged again and there is nothing to cancel. If you chose an auto-renewing subscription with Stripe, the plan renews every period; you cancel it yourself with the “Cancel subscription” button on the Settings → Subscription page, without having to write to anyone, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Your Google permissions are stored encrypted and decrypted only on our servers. Every workspace is isolated from the others; no other customer can see your data. You can download your data from the dashboard or delete your account at any time.

You can manage as many locations at a time as the number of businesses you buy: when you choose your plan on the pricing card, you also choose the number of businesses, and for more we prepare a custom offer. The number of Gmail accounts you can connect depends on your plan and is listed in the comparison table on the Pricing page. When you connect a Gmail account, all the Business Profiles under it appear in the dashboard; the ones you start managing count towards your number of businesses.
