Your 3-day free trial starts the moment you sign up; no card details are required. During the trial, your profile's first analysis is done in full and about a quarter of the improvements it finds are applied to your Google profile; your first post and a real photo are published, and your first reviews are answered (the numbers are on the Pricing page). Further posts and replies are prepared and kept waiting: if you buy a plan within 30 days, the remaining improvements are applied, and the waiting posts and replies are published or sent to you for approval, depending on your automation settings. Rank tracking and the other limits are the same as on the Free plan. Each account gets the trial only once: buying, upgrading or changing a plan does not start a new trial — payment is taken that day and the plan starts right away. When the trial ends, your dashboard and data stay in place; AI replies, posts and automations resume once you buy a plan. Trial allowance: 1 Google account, 1 business, 2 AI replies, 1 post, and 1 photo.

Payments are processed through Stripe. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page; your card number never reaches BadePlus and isn't stored on our site or servers. With a one-time payment, your card is never charged automatically afterwards.

No. The 3-day trial is given at sign-up so you can try the plan without paying; amounts paid are not refunded. If you are charged twice or charged in error, we refund the amount to your card.

Yes, from the Settings → Subscription page. Upgrading takes effect immediately; you only pay the difference for the remaining days, and your end date stays the same. Adding businesses works the same way: the businesses you add open right away and you only pay the difference for the remaining days. If you extend the same plan, the new period is added after your current end date. You move to a lower plan or to fewer businesses when the period you paid for ends; if you manage more businesses than the new number, you first stop managing the extra ones. Anything beyond the new plan's limits becomes unavailable, but your data is not deleted. Changing plans does not give you a new trial.

Each plan's price is for one business. You choose the number of businesses on the card: the first business is the plan price, and each additional business is discounted according to the number you choose. Additional-business discount: 10% for 2 businesses, 13% for 3 businesses, 15% for 4 businesses, 17% for 5 businesses, 18% for 6 businesses, 19% for 7 businesses, 20% for 8 businesses, 21% for 9 businesses, and 22% for 10 businesses. Monthly allowances such as AI replies, posts and rank tracking apply to each business separately. You can connect one Gmail account for each of your businesses (at least the number shown on the plan's card); the number of team members is per plan. For more than 10 businesses, we prepare a custom offer for you.

With a one-time payment, your plan is valid for the period you choose (1, 2, 3 or 6 months, or 1 year); it does not renew on its own, your card is not charged again and there is nothing to cancel. If you chose an auto-renewing subscription with Stripe, the plan renews every period; you cancel it yourself with the “Cancel subscription” button on the Settings → Subscription page, without having to write to anyone, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Yes. For each business, yearly payment costs 8.76 times the monthly price instead of 12 times — a net 27% discount. With a one-time payment, the amount is charged once and the plan is valid for one year.

With Stripe, the seller is the US company that operates BadePlus; the receipt is on Stripe's page. The payment page shows the amount, tax if any, and the total before you confirm, and that total is charged to your card.
