1.What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website you visit saves in your browser. For similar purposes we also use the browser's local storage (localStorage) and session storage (sessionStorage). In this document "cookie" covers all of these technologies.
The cookies we use fall into four groups: strictly necessary cookies that the site needs in order to work, preference cookies that remember your choices, third-party cookies for live chat and security, and analytics and advertising cookies that measure how our site is used and let us show you advertising. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only if you consent.
2.Your cookie choice
When you first visit our website we ask for your choice:
- Accept all (Tümünü kabul et): In addition to the strictly necessary cookies, the live chat window (Crisp) and analytics and advertising cookies are used.
- Necessary only (Sadece gerekli): Only strictly necessary cookies are used. The live chat window is loaded on the website, and analytics and advertising cookies are loaded on the website and in the panel, only if you choose "Accept all".
If the scope of "Accept all" is extended (for example, if a new group of cookies is added), your earlier acceptance no longer counts and we ask for your choice again.
To be able to prove the choice you give, we record it on our servers with the date, IP address, browser information, your device's random consent identifier, your account if you are signed in, and the version of this text. This record is deleted automatically after 2 years. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

3.Strictly necessary cookies
These are needed so that you can sign in, forms work securely, and the workspace you selected and the choices you made during sign-up are remembered; they cannot be turned off. Because they are needed to provide the service, they do not depend on your explicit consent. Their legal bases are the establishment and performance of the contract and our legitimate interest in the security of the service (KVKK Articles 5/2-c and 5/2-f).

4.Preference cookies
These are records that make the features you use easier. They are kept only on your device and are not sent to us; deleting them does not stop the site from working.

5.Analytics and advertising cookies
These are used only if you chose "Accept all"; their legal basis is your explicit consent (KVKK Article 5/1). They are placed by the providers from whom we receive advertising and measurement services (the advertising and analytics services of search engines and social media platforms):
- Analytics: measures how many people visit our website, which pages are read and where visitors come from.
- Advertising measurement: measures whether an action such as sign-up, form submission or purchase happens on our website after one of our ads is clicked.
- Retargeting: remembers that you visited our website and lets advertising platforms show you BadePlus ads on other websites and apps.
The measurement services we use today are Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager (Google LLC). They are loaded on the website and in the panel only with your consent, and they are never loaded on the payment page.

Google Tag Manager sets no cookies itself; it only loads the measurement and advertising tags you have consented to. If an advertising tag is added later, its cookies are written to this table.
These cookies are subject to the providers' own privacy policies. If you withdraw your consent in the preference box above, these cookies are deleted from your browser and are not loaded again; you can also delete them in your browser settings.

Our website and panel do not load Stripe's script; Stripe's cookies are used only on Stripe's own pages (Stripe Privacy Policy).
These cookies are subject to the providers' own privacy policies.
7.Deleting cookies in your browser
You can delete or block cookies in your browser's settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may be unable to sign in or submit forms.

- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions
8.Changes and contact
If the cookies we use change, we update this page. In this policy "we" means the company that operates the BadePlus service, a limited liability company organized in the State of New Mexico, USA; it is the controller of the personal data processed through cookies. Your rights over your personal data are described in the Privacy Policy, and how to apply to us is described under How to use your rights. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, Your rights under the GDPR also applies.
