Your 3-day free trial starts the moment you sign up; no card details are required. During the trial, your profile's first analysis is done in full and about a quarter of the improvements it finds are applied to your Google profile; your first post and a real photo are published, and your first reviews are answered (the numbers are on the Pricing page). Further posts and replies are prepared and kept waiting: if you buy a plan within 30 days, the remaining improvements are applied, and the waiting posts and replies are published or sent to you for approval, depending on your automation settings. Rank tracking and the other limits are the same as on the Free plan. Each account gets the trial only once: buying, upgrading or changing a plan does not start a new trial — payment is taken that day and the plan starts right away. When the trial ends, your dashboard and data stay in place; AI replies, posts and automations resume once you buy a plan.

With a one-time payment, your plan is valid for the period you choose (1, 2, 3 or 6 months, or 1 year); it does not renew on its own, your card is not charged again and there is nothing to cancel. If you chose an auto-renewing subscription with Stripe, the plan renews every period; you cancel it yourself with the “Cancel subscription” button on the Settings → Subscription page, without having to write to anyone, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

No. The 3-day trial is given at sign-up so you can try the plan without paying; amounts paid are not refunded. If you are charged twice or charged in error, we refund the amount to your card.

Yes, from the Settings → Subscription page. Upgrading takes effect immediately; you only pay the difference for the remaining days, and your end date stays the same. Adding businesses works the same way: the businesses you add open right away and you only pay the difference for the remaining days. If you extend the same plan, the new period is added after your current end date. You move to a lower plan or to fewer businesses when the period you paid for ends; if you manage more businesses than the new number, you first stop managing the extra ones. Anything beyond the new plan's limits becomes unavailable, but your data is not deleted. Changing plans does not give you a new trial.

That action stops and you see a warning in the dashboard. Limits reset at the start of each calendar month; if you don't want to wait, you can upgrade your plan.

You pay in US dollars; payments on the English site are handled by Stripe. While a period you have paid for is running, its currency stays fixed: extending it or upgrading is done in the same currency, and an auto-renewing Stripe subscription renews in its own currency. Amounts are never converted from one currency to another.

Your Google permissions are stored encrypted and decrypted only on our servers. Every workspace is isolated from the others; no other customer can see your data. You can download your data from the dashboard or delete your account at any time.

The number of Gmail accounts you can connect depends on your plan and is listed in the comparison table on the Pricing page. When you connect a Gmail account, all the Business Profiles under it appear in the dashboard; the ones you start managing count towards your number of businesses.

If you sign up with Google, your account is connected too. To add another Gmail account, add a new account on the Google accounts page in the dashboard and, on the consent screen, grant permission to manage your Business Profiles. Your businesses appear in the dashboard automatically.

Yes. You invite teammates as an owner, admin, editor or viewer, and everyone does only what their role allows. Which plans include team features, and how many members each allows, is listed in the comparison table on the Pricing page; they are also part of the custom offer for agencies.

Every location has a management switch on the Locations page. You can manage as many locations at a time as the number of businesses you bought; if you have reached it, either stop managing another location first or add a business from the Settings → Subscription page. Locations you don't manage still appear in the list, but replies and posts only work for the locations you manage.
