    We review your details

    We check the business details you sent; if anything is missing or unclear, we ask you by email or phone.

    We set it up or improve it

    We prepare a complete profile that follows Google's rules; on an existing profile we fill in the gaps and correct wrong information.

    Google verification

    Google may ask you to complete a step to confirm that the business is yours (such as a video, a phone call or a postcard). You complete this step; we explain how to do it.

Frequently asked questions

Who completes the Google verification?

Google wants to confirm that the profile belongs to the business owner, and Google chooses the method (video recording, phone, email or postcard). You complete this step; we tell you what to do and how.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Whether a profile is verified or suspended, and where and how visibly it appears on Google Maps, are Google's decisions; they are outside our control and we do not guarantee results. We prepare your profile completely and in line with Google's rules.

Can I order for more than one business?

Yes, up to 10 businesses in a single order. The price is per business and you enter each business's details separately. For more, write to us.

How is payment taken?

By card, on Stripe's secure payment page, in a single charge. Your card details never reach BadePlus and are not stored. An order whose payment is not completed within 24 hours is cancelled automatically.

How long does it take?

If the service card shows a delivery time, the work is done within it; the time starts once your payment is received and you have given us the information we need. Google's verification and review time is not included; Google determines that time.

Can I get a refund?

If you cancel your order before work starts, your payment is refunded in full to the card you paid with within 14 days at the latest. Once work has started, the right of withdrawal cannot be used and no refund is given; you confirm this separately before paying.

Do I need an account?

No, you can order without an account. If you are logged in to your BadePlus account, the order is also linked to it.
